Ingredients for Coconut Laddu
Coconut grated – 2 cups
Mawa (Khoya) – 1 cup
Sugar Bura – one and a half cup
Cashew – 10-12
Almonds – 10-12
Cardamom granules – 1 tsp
How to make Coconut Ladoo
If you want to make Coconut Laddu for Dussehra Celebration, then first take coconut and grate it. After this, cut cashews and almonds into fine pieces. After this, keep a pan on medium heat to heat and add crumble mawa to it. Now fry the mawa while stirring. Fry the mawa till it becomes light brown in color. After this turn off the gas and let the mawa cool down.
When the mawa remains slightly hot, add sugar powder and mix it well. After this, except a little grated coconut, put the rest in the mixture of mawa and sugar. Mix it well with an essence too. After this, mix chopped cashews, almonds and cardamom powder in it.
