Ingredients for Chili Cheese Noodles
Noodles (thin) – 1 packet
Cauliflower – 1 cup
Onion – 1
Capsicum chopped – 1
Carrots – 2
Garlic buds – 5-6
Cheese – 50 grams
Red chili dry – 2-3
Vinegar – 2 tsp
Oil – as required
Salt – as per taste
How to make Chili Cheese Noodles
To make Chilli Cheese Noodles full of flavor, first wash all the vegetables (cauliflower, carrot, capsicum) thoroughly and then cut them into fine pieces. After this, finely chop the garlic bud too. Now put some oil in a pan and keep it to heat on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, put the noodles in it and add some water and salt on top, mix it with a ladle and then cover and cook for 5 minutes.
After cooking the noodles for 5 minutes, remove them from the pan and then wash them with plain clean water and keep aside. Now grind dry red chili and garlic buds with the help of a mixer and prepare their paste and keep them in a small bowl. Now take a pan and put some oil in it and fry the noodles and then take them out. After this, fry the chopped vegetables in the same oil and take them out.

Now put some more oil in the pan, add red chili and garlic paste and fry it. When the paste is roasted well, then add noodles, fried vegetables and mix it well. After this, grate half the cheese and put it in it and mix it with small pieces of half the cheese.
