Veg Spring Roll Recipe: Veg Spring Roll has become quite famous as a street food. The Indian version of this exotic dish has become so much liked that now even in homes, veg spring rolls are often eaten by making. This food dish is not only very good in taste but it is also easy to make and it is ready in minutes. Despite lunch, sometimes hunger starts to hurt even during the day. In such a situation, hunger can be quenched by preparing Veg Spring Rolls quickly.
Children also like Veg Spring Rolls very much. Often children keep a demand for some tasty food in the house. At such a time, you can prepare veg spring rolls for them. This food dish can also be kept in tiffin box.
Ingredients for Veg Spring Rolls
Maida – 1 cup
Onion – 1/2 cup
Cabbage – 1 cup
Capsicum – 1/2 cup
Boiled Noodles – 1/2 cup
Chili Sauce – 2 tsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tsp
Garlic finely chopped – 2 tsp
Ginger finely chopped – 1 tsp
Carrot grated – 1 cup
Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt – as per taste

How to make Veg Spring Rolls
To make Veg Spring Roll, first finely chop the onion, garlic, ginger and capsicum. After this cut the cabbage into long pieces and grate the carrot. Now put oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, add ginger-garlic and fry them for some time. After this add finely chopped onions and fry for one to two minutes. Then add chopped capsicum and cook it on high flame for 1 minute.
Now add carrots, cabbage and cook it. After this, add boiled noodles to this mixture and cook for 3-4 minutes, mixing well with the mixture with the help of a spoon. In the meantime, keep stirring the noodles. Now add chili sauce, tomato ketchup and salt as per taste and mix all the ingredients well once again. Your stuffing is ready.
Now divide the stuffing equally in equal proportion and keep it aside. Now after kneading the flour, roll it out and bake it lightly. Keep this roti on a flat dry place and place a portion of the stuffing in one of its corners. After this, roll it three-fourths and fold it one by one towards the center from both the sides. After this, roll it completely and seal its edge with a mixture of maida-water. Similarly prepare rolls from all the stuffing.

Now take a nonstick pan and put oil in it and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add veg spring rolls to it and deep fry them. Fry them till they turn golden from all sides. After this, take them out in a plate and cut three equal pieces diagonally from the roll. Similarly fry all the rolls and cut them. Delicious Veg Spring Rolls are ready. Serve them with sauce.
