Ingredients for making Singhada Atta Kadhi
Water chestnut – 1 cup
Potato boiled – 2
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Green chili – 2
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Lemon – 1/2
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Desi Ghee – 2 tbsp
Rock salt – as per taste

How to make water chestnut curry
To make water chestnut curry, first boil the potatoes and then peel them and cut them into small pieces. After this, take water chestnut flour in a bowl and prepare a solution by adding a cup of water to it. Now put ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the ghee becomes hot, add cumin, green chilies and temper it. After that add potatoes and fry them.
After frying the potatoes for 1-2 minutes, add the mixture of water chestnut flour and mix it well. After this, add black pepper powder and rock salt as per taste, mix it and cover and let the curry cook on medium flame for 5-7 minutes. After this, add coriander leaves and lemon juice to the curry and mix. Cook for 1 more minute then turn off the gas. Delicious water chestnut kadhi is ready.
