What is needed to make Raw Banana Kofta?
- 4 raw bananas
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 2-3 green chilies
- tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- tsp red chili powder
- tsp ginger
- 1 tsp kasoori methi
- 2 tbsp gram flour
- green coriander
- garam masala powder

How to make Raw Banana Kofta
To make Banana Kofta Curry, first wash the raw bananas thoroughly and cut them into thick pieces. Now put 1 cup of water in a pan or cooker and heat it and put these pieces in it. Now let there be a whistle. Now remove the lid of the pan or cooker and take out the pieces of banana. Now peel these pieces and mash them.

After this, add gram flour, red chili powder, salt, chopped green chili, ginger paste, coriander and hot spices and mix it well. Apply some oil on the palm and make balls by taking the mixture of koftas. Keep these koftas in a plate. Now heat oil in a pan. Fry koftas in oil. When it turns golden brown, take it out in a plate.
Now take a pan and add oil to it and add asafetida-cumin seeds tempering. Now grind tomatoes and put them in it. After the tomatoes are cooked, add turmeric-red chili powder and add some curd. After that add koftas in it. Sprinkle garam masala on top and add green coriander leaves. Serve it and eat it with rotis.
