Ingredients for making Rajma Roll
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Boiled Rajma – 1 cup
Cabbage chopped – 1 cup
Cucumber grated – 1
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Onion grated – 1
Tomato chopped – 1
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Curd whipped – 1/2 cup
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce – 2-3 tsp
Green coriander – 2 tbsp
Oil – as required
Salt – as per taste
How to make Rajma Roll
To make rajma rolls, first sieve the flour in a mixing bowl. After this, add some oil and salt to it and mix it well. Now knead the dough by adding water little by little. Meanwhile, put the rajma in the cooker and boil it till 4-5 whistles come. After this, take out the rajma from the cooker and put it in a vessel and mash it by pressing it with the help of a spoon. Now take the dough and make balls out of it and take one roti and roll it and take it off after roasting it lightly on the pan.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, add ginger garlic paste and fry it. After this, add spices like onion, tomato, turmeric, cumin and fry till the onion and tomato become soft. Now add mashed kidney beans to it and with the help of a ladle mix everything well. Then add tomato sauce, salt as per taste and a little water and let it cook.

Now to make curd dressing, beat curd in a bowl. After this, add finely chopped cabbage, grated cucumber and salt and mix it. Now to make the roll, first take the roti and heat it again on the pan and after that take it out in the plate. Apply tomato sauce and garlic chutney over it. After this, spread the dressing prepared from curd on top by applying Rajma stuffing. Now make roti rolls. Similarly make rajma rolls from all the rotis. Delicious rajma rolls for breakfast are ready.
