Bread slices – 2
Milk – 1 cup
Milk Powder – 1 tbsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Dry fruits chopped – 1 tbsp
Dry rose leaves – 1 tsp

How to make Rabri Malai Toast
Rabri Malai Toast is very easy to make and the recipe is ready within minutes. To make Rabri Malai Toast, first take the bread slices and cut their edges with the help of a knife and remove them. After this cut the bread in a diagonal shape. Now take a nonstick pan and put desi ghee in it and heat it on medium flame.
When the ghee becomes hot and melts, put the diagonally cut bread slices in it and roast the bread till they become golden in color from both the sides. Roast the bread on low flame till it becomes crispy. After this, heat a little ghee in the pan again and then add milk to it. When milk starts boiling, add milk powder.

Now cook the milk for 3-4 minutes. When the milk becomes thick, it will start looking like rabri. After this take bread slices and spread this milk rabri on the bread well. After this, garnish the finely chopped dry fruits on the rabri and also decorate rose leaves on top. Flavorful Rabri Malai Toast is ready. You can also serve it chilled in the fridge.
