Today we are going to tell you the easy recipe of making Paneer Paratha. Paneer is used to make vegetables and to enhance the taste of many food dishes. On the other hand, paratha made from paneer is also very tasty and everyone likes its taste. If you want, you can also keep paneer paratha in children’s tiffin. This is an easy recipe to prepare.

Ingredients for making Paneer Paratha
Flour – 2 cups
Paneer grated – 1 cup
Boiled potato grated – 3/4 cup
Ginger grated – 1 tsp
Green chili – 2-3
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Mint leaves chopped – 1 tbsp (optional)
Amchur – 1/2 tsp
Butter/oil – 2-3 tbsp
Salt – as per taste

How to make Paneer Paratha
To make Paneer Paratha, first sieve wheat flour in a mixing bowl or paratha. After this, add some oil and salt to it and mix it well. Now knead the dough by adding water little by little. Keep in mind that water has to be added so that soft dough can be kneaded. After this, apply some oil on the surface of the dough and keep it covered with a cloth for 20-25 minutes.
Now take a medium size mixing bowl and add grated paneer and grated potato and mash both well. After this add chopped green chili, ginger, green coriander leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder and mix all the ingredients well. After this, add mint leaves and amchur powder to the spices and mix salt according to taste. In this way the masala for paratha is ready.
Now knead the dough one more time. After that make balls out of it. After this, keep a nonstick pan/tawa to heat on medium flame. Till the tawa is hot. Take a dough and roll it out. After the size of the poori, fill the prepared potato stuffing in it and close the stuffing by bringing the edges in the middle. After that give it the shape of a circle.

Now press this ball lightly and roll the paratha into a circular shape. After this, spread some oil on the pan and spread it all around and put the paratha and roast it on medium flame. After a while turn the paratha over and apply oil on it. Roast the paratha till it turns golden brown from both the sides. After that take it off on a plate. Similarly prepare parathas from all the dough. Your delicious Paneer Parathas are ready, serve them with chutney or tomato sauce.
