Malai Paneer Recipe: Mouth watering starts as soon as the mention of paneer vegetable is mentioned. Malai Paneer is also one such dish which is liked by adults as well as children. When it comes to enhancing the taste of dinner, then malai paneer can be a great option. Although the list of vegetables made from paneer is long, but the taste of cream cheese will give you a different fun. If a guest suddenly comes to the house, then you can also make cream cheese curry for them.

Ingredients for making Malai Paneer
Paneer – 2 cups
Onion – 1
Cream/Cream – 1/2 cup
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Red chili – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
Kasuri methi – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 2-3 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – as per taste

How to make Malai Paneer
To make cream cheese full of flavor, first take cottage cheese and cut it into square pieces. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, add finely chopped onions to it. Fry the onion till it becomes soft and golden. Now add ginger-garlic paste and cook the onion for a few seconds. When the aroma starts coming from this mixture, then reduce the flame and add coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chili powder and mix it well.
After cooking the spices for some more time, add the pieces of paneer to it and mix it well with the spices. After cooking for about 1 minute, add cream to the paneer and mix it with the help of a ladle. Now put the gas flame on medium and let the vegetable cook. After this, add other dry spices including garam masala and salt as per taste in the vegetable. After cooking for 2-3 minutes, switch off the gas. Your delicious cream cheese curry is ready. Garnish green coriander leaves in it and serve with roti, paratha.
