Henrin Klaasen, Jimmy Neesham, Rasi van der Dusen, Lungi Ngidi, Marco Yansen, Tabariz Shamsi, Odin Smith and Dwayne Pretorius were bidding in the first set of the auction. Lungi Ngidi and Tabrez Shamsi were bought by Paarl Royals. Paarl Royals is a franchise of Royal Sports Group. The franchise spent the entire Rs 1.52 crore to buy Ngidi.
