Ingredients for Cabbage Paratha
Cabbage chopped – 1 cup
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Desi Ghee – 1/4 cup
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Curd – 1 cup
Green chili – 1
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt – as per taste
How to make Cabbage Paratha
To make Cabbage Paratha, first take the cabbage and clean it and wash it well with water. After this, chop the cabbage into fine pieces. Now put chopped cabbage in a mixing bowl and add a little salt to it, mix it well and cover and keep aside for 10-15 minutes. Squeeze out the excess water present in the cabbage after the stipulated time and throw it away.
Now add flour to the cabbage and mix. After this, add cumin, red chili powder, chopped green chilies, green coriander and curd to this mixture, mix well and knead the dough using water as per requirement.

Now take a nonstick pan/tawa and keep it to heat on medium flame. In the meantime, make dough balls. Take a dough and roll its paratha. When the tawa becomes hot, spread some oil on it and spread it all around and put the Bela Paratha on the tawa to roast. After this, roast the paratha over and over until its color turns golden brown from both the sides. After that take off the paratha. Similarly make parathas of all the balls. Serve Cabbage Paratha full of flavor and nutrients with pickle, chutney or tomato sauce.
