- 2 onions
- 1 tsp cumin cumin
- half teaspoon turmeric powder

- 2 whole red chilies
- 1 tsp curd
- salt to taste

How to make Stuffed Tinde
To make stuffed tinde, first wash and peel the tinde. Make an incision in each tinda and take out the seeds from the middle and make space for filling the spices inside. If you want, you can roast the spices standing in it and grind them.
For this, first roast whole cumin, whole coriander, fennel, kalonji and whole red chili in a pan or wok and then grind it in a mixer. You can also use spices. Now peel the onion and grind it coarsely. You can also grind ginger and garlic together. Fry it well.
