Beet – 2
Sweet potatoes – 3 of medium size
salt – as per taste
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Chatmasala – 1 tsp
Onion Powder – 3/4 tsp
Garlic Powder – 3/4 tsp
Amchur – 1/2 tsp
A few dried blueberries, cranberries or raisins
How to make Beetroot Sweet Potato Cutlet
Boil the sweet potato and mash it. Grate the beetroot. Put them in a bowl. Now add all the ingredients black pepper, red chili powder, chaat masala, onion powder, garlic powder, amchur and salt and mix it well. If you do not have onion and garlic powder, then you can also add onion and garlic paste to it. Now make small balls from this mixture. Stuff 4-5 grains of dry blueberries, cranberries or raisins inside it and then give it a round or flat shape like a cutlet. Put oil in the pan and fry it.
