Curd – 1 cup
Green chili – 1-2
White Sesame – 1/2 tsp
Rai – 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves – 3-4
Black salt – as per taste
Roasted cumin – half teaspoon
Oil – 1 tsp
dry coconut – optional
How to make Beetroot Raita
Clean the beetroot thoroughly and grate it. Finely chop green chilies. Whisk the curd well in a bowl. Now add beetroot in it and mix. Add green chili. Put oil in a pan and heat it. Add sesame seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves and fry it. Let it cool slightly and add it to the curd and beet mixture and mix. Now add roasted cumin powder.
