Ingredients for Bajra Garlic Roti
Millet flour – 3 cups
Ginger-garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Onion – 1
Curd – 1 cup
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Ajwain – 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Coriander leaves – 2-3 tbsp
Salt – as per taste

Bajra Garlic Roti Recipe
To make Bajra Garlic Roti, first put millet flour in a big plate or plate. Add some salt to the flour and mix it. After this, put all the dry spices including cumin, turmeric, carom seeds, red chili in the flour. After this mix all these well with the flour. Now mix ginger-garlic paste, a pinch of asafoetida and finely chopped onion in the flour.
Now add 2 tbsp curd and green coriander leaves to this mixture of flour and mix. After this, adding water little by little, knead the millet flour well. Now prepare equal balls of equal proportion from the prepared dough. After this, keep a nonstick pan/tawa to heat on medium flame. Take a ball and roll it and after the tawa is hot, put the rolled roti and roast it well from both the sides. Similarly prepare all the rotis. Apply desi ghee or butter on hot bajra rotis and serve with curd or curd.
