Bread slices – 8
Potato – 2-3
Onion – 1
Green chili – 2-3
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Amchur – 1/2 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Tomato Sauce – 2 tsp
Butter – 4 tsp
Salt – as per taste

How to make Aloo Masala Sandwich
To make Aloo Masala Sandwich, first boil the potatoes, take off their peels and mash them and keep them aside. After this, chop finely pieces of green chili, green coriander, onion. Now put some butter in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the butter becomes hot and melts, then add cumin, green chili and finely chopped onion and fry all the ingredients in half. After this, mix mango, garam masala and coriander powder in it.
After frying the onion spices for some time, add mashed potatoes to it and mix. After this, add red chili powder and salt as per taste and mix it well in the mixture.
