Ingredients for making Ajwain Paratha
Flour – 2 cups
Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
Kalonji – 1/4 tsp
Desi Ghee – 2 tbsp
Salt – as per taste

How to make Ajwain Paratha
To make Ajwain Paratha, first sieve the wheat flour and put it in the mixing bowl. Now add Ajwain, Kalonji and a little salt in the flour and mix them all well. After this, add 2 tsp of ghee to the flour, mix it and then knead the dough by adding water little by little. Keep in mind that the dough should remain a little hard. After this, cover the dough by moistening the cotton cloth and keep it for some time.
Now take the dough again and knead it and prepare its balls. Keep a nonstick pan to heat on medium heat. During this, take a ball and roll it into a round or triangular shape. Now put the paratha on the pan and roast it. After some time, turn the paratha over and roast it by applying oil on the upper part. Fry the paratha over and over until it turns golden brown in color from both the sides. After this take out the paratha in a plate. Similarly prepare ajwain parathas from all the dough. Now serve ajwain parathas with vegetables or pickles for breakfast.
