According to the company, after the integration of both the apps is complete, Google Duo will be renamed as Google Meet and it will be a single video communication solution. Everyone will be able to use it. Almost two months after the company’s statement, the company has now started rolling out the update for Google Duo users on Android and iOS.

Google Duo users can either tap the ‘Got it’ button to dismiss the notification or tap the Learn more button to know about the changes. With this change, Google Duo will remain Duo while getting the feature from Meet. Will make this newly updated platform useful for both personal and professional.
Other features will also change
Announcing the change, Google said that in the coming weeks, Google will be rolling out more updates to Google Duo that will allow features like customizing the virtual background in calls and meetings, and scheduling meetings, so that all in-meeting can be accessed.
