Ingredients for Kheer-Puri
2 liters of milk
200 grams rice
250 grams sugar
5 cardamom
10 cashew nuts
10 almonds
250 grams flour or all purpose flour
4 tsp oil
1 teaspoon celery
1 tsp salt (as per taste)
Refined oil for deep frying
Know how to make Kheer-Puri
1. First of all, to make kheer, cut almonds and cashews into small pieces. Then wash and clean the rice.
2. After this keep a vessel on the gas and put milk in it. When the milk starts boiling, add rice to it. After a while add sugar to it.
3. When all the things are mixed well, then add almonds, cashew and cardamom to it. Then let it cook for 10 minutes.
4. In this way your kheer will be ready. You can take it out in any vessel and keep it.
5. To make poori, first put the flour or maida in a vessel. Add little oil and carom seeds to it and knead it well.
6. Now heat refined oil in a pan and roll it well and roast it well. Slowly roast the puris of the whole dough.
7. Now your kheer puri is ready. You can offer it by worshiping it and take it as prasad.
