Ingredients for Dry Fruits Poha
Poha – 1 cup
Moong Sprouts – 3 tbsp
Almonds – 8-10
Makhane – 2 tbsp
Raisins – 1 tbsp
Boiled peas – 2 tbsp
Onion small – 1
Cumin – 1 tsp
garam masala – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Sugar – 1 tsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
How to make Dry Fruits Poha
To make dry fruits poha, first take the poha and clean them. After this wash the poha with water at least 2 times and keep them in a sieve for some time so that the poha can become soft. After this, finely chop the onion and keep it aside in a bowl. Now put ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the ghee becomes hot and melts, then first put makhana and almonds in it alternately and fry till it becomes golden. After this keep them aside in bowls.
Now put some more ghee in the pan and heat it. After the ghee is hot, add cumin and asafetida and fry it. When cumin seeds start crackling, add boiled peas, turmeric to it. After this, add moong sprouts to the spices and fry for 2 minutes. Now add the soaked poha to it and mix it well with the spices with a ladle. After this add sugar from above and mix. After cooking for about 2 minutes, add fried dry fruits and raisins to it.

After adding all the ingredients, mix garam masala on top of the poha and cover the pan and cook the poha for 3-4 minutes. During this, keep stirring the poha with a ladle in between so that they do not stick to the pan. After that turn off the flame. Your delicious dry fruits poha is ready. Garnish it with finely chopped onions and serve it hot in breakfast.
