Ingredients for Yogurt Bread Upma
Bread Slice – 5
Curd – 1 cup
Tomato – 1/2 cup
Peas – 1/2 cup
Peanuts – 2 tbsp
Onion – 1
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Rai – 1 tsp
Ginger chopped – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Anardana – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 8-10
Green chili chopped – 1
Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt – as per taste

How to make Curd Bread Upma
To make curd bread upma, take bread slices and grind them in a mixer. Keep in mind that bread slices have to be coarsely ground to get the taste like upma. Now put curd in a vessel and beat it well. After this take a wok and add oil and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, put mustard seeds in it and let it crackle. When mustard seeds start crackling, add finely chopped green chilies, ginger, onions, curry leaves, tomatoes, peas to the oil. After this, add roasted peanuts and fry well with the mixture.
Now add turmeric powder to this mixture and mix it. After mixing well, add some sugar to the spices. When the spices start spreading fragrance, then add coarsely ground bread and whipped curd and mix. Keep in mind that salt and garam masala should not be added before adding curd, otherwise curd may burst. After this add all the remaining spices and cook for 2-3 minutes. In the end, add green coriander, pomegranate. Your delicious Dahi Bread Upma is ready. Serve it hot in breakfast.
