Today we will tell you an easy recipe to make Bhindi Fry. Bhindi Fry is very easy to make and can be a perfect food recipe for dinner.

Ingredients for Bhindi Fry
Bhindi – 250 grams
Onion – 1
Green chili – 1-2
Garlic clove – 2-3
Cumin – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Amchur – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
How to make Bhindi Fry
To make Bhindi Fry, first wash the Bhindi in water, after that put it in a sieve and keep it for some time. When the water from the ladyfinger comes out, wipe it well with a cotton cloth and keep it. When all the ladyfingers are wiped, then cut them into pieces and keep them aside in a bowl. After this, chop finely pieces of onion, green chili and garlic too.
Now put oil in a pan and keep it heated on medium flame. After the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and a pinch of asafoetida and fry it. When cumin starts crackling, add finely chopped onion, green chilli and garlic and fry it. Fry the onion till its color becomes light golden. It may take 3-4 minutes for this to happen.

When the color of the onion becomes golden, add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder and other dry spices and mix it well with a ladle. After some time add the ladyfinger and let the vegetable cook. Now cover the pan and cook the vegetable on low flame for 7-8 minutes. Keep stirring the vegetable in between. When the bhindi becomes soft, then turn off the gas. Your delicious bhindi fry is ready. Serve it with roti, paratha.
