Milk – 250 grams
Apple fruit – 2
Almonds – 5-6
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – as per taste
Ice cubes – 5-6

How to make apple shake
To make apple fruit shake, first wash the apple fruit and wipe it with a clean cloth. After this cut the apple into pieces. After this take out all the seeds of the apple and set it aside. Now put the chopped apple pieces in the mixer jar. Before this, soak almonds in water overnight so that its peels come off easily. Peel the almonds and put them in a mixer jar and add one cup of milk and grind the mixture once or twice.
After this, open the lid of the jar, add cardamom powder and the remaining milk and put 2-3 ice cubes in it. Now cover the jar and grind the mixture until the shake becomes creamy and smooth. After this take out the shake in a vessel. Now put the apple shake in the serving glass and serve it cold by adding one or two ice cubes on top.
