This is the specialty of tires
CEAT claims that these Energy Drive tires are made of noise-absorbing materials, which reduce vibrations from filtration and noise from observations. This gives the best range in an electric car. The new tires are specially designed for electric cars. These come with better block stiffness and thread flexing, which reduce the block rolling resistance. The improved block stiffness prevents the shape of the tires from deteriorating during the turns of the vehicle. In this way, the stability is increased due to these tyres.

Component manufacturers are also focusing on electric vehicles

In the case of electric vehicles in India, the demand for two-wheelers is increasing rapidly. Many old as well as new companies are entering in this. Tata Motors dominates the passenger vehicle segment for electric vehicles, while every luxury brand here also has at least one option.
EV owners will benefit from this?
Arnab Banerjee, COO, CEAT, said on the new tire range launched, “This is the first time that a tire like the Energy Drive has been launched in India for the purpose of a four wheeler EV. Our Energy Drive range of tires with CALM technology eliminates the tire problem for EV owners in the country. We look forward to emerge as the preferred tire for EV owners.”
