The Ghaziabad administration is going to increase the property rates by implementing the new circle rate. After the implementation of the new circuit rate, the most expensive property will be of Suryanagar, Chandra Nagar. The rates here will cross one lakh rupees per square meter. For the first time in Ghaziabad, the rate is going to cross one lakh.
Surya Nagar, Chandra Nagar and Kaushambi areas are adjacent to Delhi. This is the reason why the most expensive areas are here. The rates of Surya Nagar, Chandra Nagar are currently Rs 96000 per square meter, which will be Rs 101000 per square meter after the implementation of the new circuit rate. The rates here will increase by Rs 5000 per square meter. In this way the property rates in Ghaziabad will cross Rs 100000 per square meter.
On the other hand, if we talk about increasing the maximum rate, then the names of Gandhi Nagar and Nehru Nagar Second and Third will be on the top. Here the rate of land is being increased by about Rs 10000 per square meter. The new circle rates are set to be implemented soon. For this, objections have been sought from people till August 3. Then they will be disposed of. After this, orders will be issued by the DM to implement the new circle rate.

ADM Finance and Revenue Vivek Srivastava says that circle rates will be increased by eight to 10 percent in most colonies and up to a maximum of 22 percent in some colonies. In the last six years, land rates have doubled in many colonies of the city. The average increase will be 15 percent.
