This dog named Chupete has a disease called hydrocephalus, due to which fluid builds up in his brain, which makes his head look quite different from other dogs. The shape of his skull is different and his eyes are also swollen. Both the eyebrows of the dog are raised upwards. This is the reason why he looks like he is angry all the time. The pictures of this dog are becoming very viral on the internet, which people are liking. He currently lives in the Narices Frías shelter in Bolivia. His condition is being monitored through CT scan.

Animal activist Claudia Patricia has shared pictures of Chupete on Facebook from her Facebook account, which is getting full attention. He described the dog as lovable and the favorite of God, who gave him a second chance to live. Other animal lovers also joined this mission of Claudia and they showered love on the dog. Some people also showed interest in adopting him and some wished him good future.
