During the meeting on Google Meet, users can blur their background.
The steps for blurring the background on Google Meet are the same on Windows, Android and iPhone.
There are two options for blurring – one is more blur, while the other is light blur.
Google Meet: In the era of work from home and hybrid working style, Google Meet is the most used video conferencing software in the world. Google Meet comes with many such features that make it an easy option for people, and it allows users to easily make calls and have a conversation or a meeting. It offers many of the same features that video conferencing platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams also offer. The best thing about this is that users can easily blur the background in this.
Background blur on Google Meet is considered a very useful feature. If the user does not want the things behind them to be visible in the video, then this feature gives the user the ability to blur the background. If you also use Google Meet and want to blur the background, then let us know which steps to follow…
Step 1- For this, first open Google Meet.
Step 2-Enter the meeting code or link here. If you are hosting the meeting, start the meeting and enter it.
Step 3-Once in the self-view preview, click on the Apple Visual Effects button. These are the three little star buttons that appear in the lower-right corner of the window.
Step 4-Here, you will see categories like ‘Blur’, ‘Background’ along with several effects that will take you to these effects.
Step 5- There are two blur options – one is more blur, while the other is the option to blur.
Step 6-Once done, close the window, and your background blur will be visible to you and other members in the meeting.
You can also change the background. Here, you can either select one of the presets Google Meet offers, or you can upload an image from your device that you want to use as your background. For information, let us tell you that the process remains the same for Windows, Android and iPhone users.
