Samsung has announced the Galaxy Earlybird to Go service in South Korea.
The company is giving users a chance to use used products before others.
Users will be responsible for any damages caused to the product during the experience.
New Delhi. Samsung has announced the Galaxy Earlybird to Go service in South Korea. Under this program, Samsung customers will be able to use the new Galaxy wearable product before it reaches others. Samsung has asked users whether they want to experience Galaxy products alone or with others. In this regard, the company has asked users to submit their stories.
The company will select the winner through a lottery system. The winner will get a chance to experience the Galaxy device before other customers. However, if there is any damage to the product during the experience of this service, then the users will be responsible for that.
Service started in South Korea
It is worth noting that Samsung can launch Galaxy Z Flip 4, Galaxy Z Fold 4, Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Buds 2 Pro in its upcoming Galaxy Unpacked 2022 event. Under the Galaxy Earlybird To Go Service, users will get a chance to experience these products before others. Samsung has currently started this service in South Korea only.
1,800 people will be elected
To participate in this contest, Samsung will accept entries by 3 August and will announce the winners on 8 August 2022. Samsung has announced that 1,800 people will be selected through a lottery system and products will be served on a first come, first served basis. Samsung will run this program from August 4 to August 10 and again from August 11 to 17.
Products will be available for three days
These products will be assigned randomly and users cannot change these products. Winners will have to select products from selected locations. After collection, these products can be used by the winners individually or with friends and family. Samsung will make these products available for three days after which users will have to return the products to Samsung.
User responsible for damages
Samsung has said that if any product is damaged during this service experience, then the user will be responsible for this loss. Samsung has also said that the device will not be fully functional after the return period is over.
