Ingredients for making Ragi Laddu
Ragi flour – 1 cup
Sugar Bura – 1/2 cup
Ghee – 1/2 cup
Almonds – 8-10
Cashew – 8-10

How to make Ragi Ladoo
To make ragi laddus, first cut small pieces of cashews and almonds and keep them aside in a bowl. Now take a wok and add ghee to it and heat it on medium flame. When ghee melts, add ragi flour to it and mix it well with ghee with a ladle. Now bake the dough for 1-2 minutes. When a sweet smell starts coming from the flour, then add chopped cashews, almonds and mix. After roasting it for a minute, turn off the gas.
Now wait for the flour to cool down. When the dough remains slightly warm, take it out in a tray or plate and add sugar powder according to taste and mix it well with both hands. After this, take a little mixture in your hands and start tying the laddus. As the laddoos are tied, keep them aside in a plate. After tying the laddoos of all the mixture, keep them aside for a while, so that they bind well. Now the ragi laddus are completely ready to eat.
