Malai Laddu Recipe: Malai Laddu is a sweet dish full of flavour. People of all ages like to eat it. If you get malai laddus at the beginning of the week end, then it is a different matter. Everyone wants that his every day be spent with happiness and enthusiasm. In such a situation, you can make and eat Malai Laddu as a special sweet dish on Saturday for the week end. Making Malai Ladoo is not very difficult and its taste is different from other traditional sweets. After eating it once, you will want to eat it again and again.
To make Malai Ladoo, paneer and mawa are first prepared from milk, after that laddus are made. If you also like to eat malai laddus as a dessert, then you can make this sweet dish by the method given by us. Paneer and mawa can also be brought from the market to make this recipe. Ingredients for making Malai Ladoo
Milk – 2 liters
Cream/Cream – 1/4 cup
Milk Powder – 3/4 cup
Condensed milk – 3/4 cup
Ghee – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – as per taste

How to make Malai Ladoo
To make Malai Ladoo, first take out 1/4 cup of milk from 2 liters of milk and keep it aside. After this, put the rest of the milk in a big vessel and keep it for heating. After the milk comes to a boil, add 2 tbsp lemon to it. When the milk breaks, completely separate the water from it and filter it by pouring the torn milk in a muslin cloth. Now squeeze it completely by closing it in the cloth and keep it aside by pressing it for some time with a heavy object. In this way your paneer will be ready.
Now put 1/4 cup milk, cream and 1 tsp ghee in a vessel and keep it to heat on low flame. Stir it well and check whether the butter and milk are well combined or not. After this, add milk powder and cook it while stirring till the mixture becomes thick. In about 5 minutes the mixture will start separating from the pan. Keep stirring it with a ladle until it becomes uniform. In this way your mawa (khoya) is ready.

After this start the process of tying Malai Laddu. For this, first take the prepared paneer and put it in a bowl and chop it well. After this, add the prepared mawa to it and mix both of them well. This mixture has to be mixed until it becomes smooth. After this, add condensed milk to it and mix it by adding sugar as per the requirement. It has to be mixed until the mixture becomes completely thick. Then add cardamom powder to this mixture and mix it well. Now take the prepared mixture in your hands and tie the laddoos and keep them aside in a plate. Similarly prepare laddus from all the mixture. Flavorful malai ladoos are ready. They can also be eaten chilled in the fridge.
