Now buying land, houses, shops and flats will become more expensive in many areas including Kaushambi, Vaishali, Indirapuram, Vasundhara, Kavinagar, Nehru Nagar, Crossing Republic and Rajnagar Extension of Ghaziabad. Ghaziabad district administration has issued a new circle rate after 6 years. According to the new circle rate, now the registration rate of property in the district will increase from 8 to 22 percent. From August 8, the registry of properties will be done according to the new circle rate in the district.
Let us tell you that after almost 6 years, the circle rates of lands in Ghaziabad have been increased. In this regard, the Stamp Department had completed the survey a few days back. On Thursday, a list of increased circle rates of lands in the colonies of the district has also been released. Objections have been sought on this list for a week, after which the objections received will be settled and the new rates will be implemented.
The district administration says that in the last few years, there has been rapid development in Ghaziabad.

Earlier in 2016 the circle rate was changed regarding the cost of land. Currently, Kaushambi has the highest circle rate in the city. Kaushambi is adjacent to Delhi’s Anand Vihar. Because of this people are buying more properties on it. At present, the circle rate in Kaushambi is up to Rs 99,000 per square meter. At the same time, in the colonies adjacent to Delhi and NH-9, the circle rate is Rs 73,000 per square meter.
New rates will be applicable from August 8
According to ADM Finance Vivek Kumar Srivastava on Thursday, the new circle rate has been published. Any person can also lodge an objection about the new circle rate in all the sub-registrar offices or in room number 120 located in the collectorate. A meeting will be called to hear the objections. After that the new rates will be implemented from August 8.

Rates are fixed according to the location and population of the colonies.

Ghaziabad district is divided into eight circles. Rates are fixed in these circles according to the location and population of the colonies. Circle rates are fixed in three categories. The first is on the side of the 9 meter wide road, the second along the 9 meter to 18 meter wide road and the third along the road more than 18 meter wide. The highest rate is for the property on the side of the road which is more than 18 meters wide.

Earlier in Kaushambi, circle rates were charged from Rs 72,000 to Rs 99,000, which can now increase to Rs 85,0000 to Rs 1,13000. Similarly, in Vaishali, earlier the circle rate was up to Rs 67,500-74,200, which will now increase to Rs 77,000- 85,000. Similarly, in Indirapuram, earlier the circle rate was Rs 66,500-73,100, which will now increase to Rs 80,000-84,000. Earlier, the circle rate in Vasundhara was 62,000-68,000, which will now increase to Rs 66,000-78,000.
